December Monthly meeting

12-07-2022 16:30 Well, it is hard to believe that 2022 is coming to a close. Now is the time for all the holiday parties and what better way to start the Holiday Season off than with dinner at the LVMC on December 7. It has been a while since we have had a Christmas Party for the club. I figure now is as good as any time to start the tradition back up. So for this month’s meeting we are going to bring back Adolph's grandson, to perform for us prior to dinner. In addition, we are going to have an ugly sweater contest, so break out your favorite ugly holiday sweater for a chance to win, a paid 4some at Los Verdes for 1st place, 2nd place will get a paid 2some and 3rd place will receive a gift certificate for the pro shop. In addition to all this, we will be giving our trophies to the winners of the satellite tournaments, the club championship, the classic white and blue tournaments. But wait there is still more, we have the biggest raffle of the year, and we will be giving away $500.00 to someone in attendance. Dinner is going to be special as well, we have a roast carving station, with mashed potatoes, veggies, salad and a warm cobbler for dessert. In addition, each table will have a bottle of red and white wine. As always, we will have a keg of beer and the tea and coffee station. This is truly going to be a good kick-off to the holiday party season. You can enjoy all this for a mere $100.00 per couple or $50.00 per person. I am not sure where you can get a dinner like this for a price like this. So break out your ugly sweater, and take your wife or significate other out for a wonderful evening.
